根据试验测试需求,设计一种集点、线、面为一体智能化高精度三维坐标定位测量系统。该系统主要应用于飞机结构性能检测以及工业现场标定中,具备测量仿真、在线校准、在线测量、快速处理、实时监控的功能,给出系统构建思路、框架、组成,并对关键技术问题进行剖析;在实验室利用全站仪、影像测量设备等搭建一个综合测试平台,验证了设备接口信息互操作性、实时引导、坐标转换、平差处理等关键功能,其功能、性能均满足测试需求。系统的建成将有力助推飞行试验智能化测试技术的发展,对提高测试精度、速度,节省人力、物力都具有非常重要的作用。
According to the test requirement,an intelligent high-precision3D coordinate positioning measurement systemintegrating points,lines and surfaces was designed.The system has the functions of measuring simulation,online calibration,online measurement,fast processing and real-time monitoring,and is mainly used in the performance detection of the aircraftstructure and industrial field calibration.The construction thought,framework and composition of the system are given,and itskey technology issues are analyzed.A comprehensive test platform was established with total station and image measuring devicein the laboratory to verify the interoperability of the device interface information,real-time guidance,coordinate transformation,balancing processing and other key functions.The functions and performance of the system satisfy the test requirement.The con-structed system will promote the development of the intelligent test technology of the flight test,and plays an important part inimprovement of the test accuracy and speed,as well as saving of the manpower and material resources.
