提出一种隐终端下的S-MAC协议分析模型.该模型可用于节点MAC层服务延迟和网络吞吐率的性能评估.分析结果表明,随着节点负载流量逐渐增大,增加隐终端数目将导致节点更早进入饱和状态,同时MAC层服务延迟显著延长,网络吞吐率显著下降.通过ns-2仿真工具测量不同隐终端数下MAC层服务延迟和网络吞吐率,仿真结果与分析结果吻合,验证了分析模型的正确性.
This paper proposes an analytical model that allows the influence of hidden terminals on the performance of S-MAC protocol to be assessed. The model is used to analyze the impact of the number of hidden terminals on the service delay and throughput of the MAC layer. Analysis results show that the more the hidden terminals, the rapidly the service delay increases. Besides, increasing the number of hidden terminals lowers the load, leading to early occurrence of the saturation regime and increase of the saturation delay value. Simulation results based on ns-2 show good agreements with the analytical results, validating accuracy of the model.
