采用浓度为4%的ACQ、CCA防腐剂处理马尾松木材,运用热分析法,通过热重分析(TGA)和微分热失重(DTG)表征了处理与未处理木材的热降解。结果表明:ACQ与CCA处理明显改变了木材的热降解曲线和热降解过程,处理加快了低温下的热解速率,缩短了高温热解区间;ACQ处理降低了木材的开始热解温度(Ti)和最大热解温度(Tmax),而CCA处理降低了木材的Tmax,但Ti几乎没有变化;两种防腐剂处理增加了木材的最终残余含量,分别比未处理材增加了28.45%和60.14%。
Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the effect of the wood preservatives ACQ and CCA having concentration of 4% on the thermal behavior of Pirtus massoniana Lamb. To do so, thermal degradation of treated and untreated wood samples was evaluated by thermogravimetry analysis (TGA) and differential thermogravimetry (DTG). The re- sult showed that the thermal degradation curves and degradation process of wood were obviously changed by ACQ and CCA treatments; ACQ and CCA decreased the decomposition rate at low temperature, and shorten the pyrolysis zone of high temperature; ACQ reduced the initial temperature (Ti) and maximum temperature (Tmax) of the pyrolysis, while CCA reduced Tmax of the pyrolysis and the Ti of the pyrolysis had little ehange; as compared to untreatment, ACQ and CCA increased the residual char yield by 28. 45% and 60. 14% , respectively.
