城市或区域的规划发展必然会对区域人口的空间布局产生一定的影响．本文基于马尾新城规划建设背景下，发展马尾总部经济，对区域内进行的产业结构调整所带来的人口的迁移变化进行分析与预测，结果表明，未来马尾新城的建设将会导致一大部分的普通劳动力流失，短期内将造成马尾地区人口密度的下降，而未来总部经济的发展有可能吸引更多的高素质人才，马尾区的人口结构将发生挑战变化．

The planning and development of the city or region is bound to have a certain impact on the spatial layout of the region＇s population. This article based Mawei＇ s new town planning and construction of the context, development the Mawei headquarters economy, analysis and prediction of the migration of the population changes in the region＇s industrial structure adjustment,the results show that the future the Mawei＇ s new town construction will result in a large proportion of loss of ordinary labor will result in short-term decline of the the Mawei district population density, and future development of headquarters economy likely to attract more highly personnel, the the Mawei district＇s population structure will be a challenge changes. qualified
