Aiming at the multi-attribute decision making, this paper proposes multi-attribute decision making method based on variable precision rough set. Weight of attributes is presented according to attribute significance degree and information degree. Combined with variable weight synthesis, synthesized weight of attributes is then calculated. An example is given to explain the availability of this method.
