采用电喷雾多级串联质谱技术,对肉苁蓉药材粗提物中的苯乙醇苷类化合物的特征质谱行为进行了系统研究,根据一些特征的中性碎片丢失,提出了该类化合物的质谱裂解规律。通过得到的分子量和碎片信息并与标准化合物以及文献中的已知化合物比较,建立了这一类化合物快速鉴定的质谱新方法。
The structures of phenylethanoid glycosides in plant extract of Cistanches deserticola were successfully analyzed and identified by electrospray ionization multi-stage mass spectrometry (ESI-MS^n) in negative mode, some interesting neutral losses were found, which helped us to confirm the structures of compounds without tedious separation and purification procedures, then the fragmentation mechanisms were explored. The identification of the phenylethanoid glycosides in plant extract of Cistanche deserticola was based on the comparison of molecular ions, and the fragment ions obtained by MS^n experiments with those of the authentic standards and the data was reported in the literatures.
