采用后合成方法设计合成了一种具有规则六方形貌、高度有序结构的磺胺功能化SBA-15气敏材料,对合成材料进行表征发现:磺胺功能化SBA-15保持着主体材料SBA-15的规则形貌,并制备成敏感膜涂覆于石英晶体微天平(Quartz crystal microbalance,QCM)表面构成QCM甲醛传感器。实验表明,由磺胺功能化SBA-15敏感膜修饰的QCM传感器对甲醛气体有快速可逆的响应(响应时间为5-10s,恢复时间为10-15s)、较好的重现性、较长的使用寿命,相对于甲醇、乙醇等VOCs,显示出较好的选择性。
Sulfanilamide-functionalized SBA- 15 with regular morphology and highly ordered structures were designed and synthesized by a post-synthesis method. Several methods were employed to character- ize the synthesized samples. It is found that the modified materials followed the rules of the morphology of the host SBA - 15 material. Sensitive membranes were prepared to coat QCM electrode surfaces. The ex- perimental results showed that sulfanilamide-functionalized SBA - 15 based QCM formaldehyde sensors displayed a rapidly reversible response (response time 5 - 10 s, recovery time 10 - 15 s), good selectivi- ty (compared with methanol, ethanol and other VOCs) , long life and good repeatability.
