以江苏省制造业为例,利用2004-2010年江苏省15个行业的面板数据,基于扩展的C-D生产函数模型,实证分析了FDI与投资地区的产业关联效应,并分析影响FDI与江苏省制造业关联效应的因素,基于行业技术水平、行业竞争度、FDI出口依存度视角,探讨了FDI与投资地区产业关联效应的特征。结果表明：1FDI与投资地区的水平关联效应并不显著,但垂直关联效应显著。后向关联效在当期具有显著性,且大于竞争效应,而前向关联效应滞后一期才开始显现。2行业技术水平、行业竞争程度和FDI的出口依存度三个指标会对FDI与江苏省制造业关联效应产生不同程度的影响,分别表现为在高技术行业、外资企业产出占行业产出比在15%-50%之间,FDI为国内市场导向型的条件下,其通过关联效应对本土企业的影响显著。研究结果的启示是：投资地区在招商引资中,应以引进与本土产业关联效应强的FDI为重点,鼓励本土企业增强对FDI技术溢出的吸收能力,从而促进FDI与本土产业的融合发展。

英文摘要：

The manufacturing industry of Jiangsu province was taken as an example, using the 2004-2010 panel data of15 industries in Jiangsu Province and C-D production function based on the extended model to analyze the industrialassociation effect and the industry correlation effect factors of FDI and Jiangsu Province. Then, based on the level oftechnology, industry competition and FDI export dependence, we discussed the characteristics of FDI investment industryassociation effect. The results showed that： （1） the industrial association effect of FDI is not significant to the investedarea, but the vertical correlation is significant. Besides, the backward linkage effect in the current period is significant,and is greater than the competition effect. The hysteresis periodof the former and backward correlation effect is beginningto appear. （2） the three indicators of industry＇s technology level, industry competition degree and FDI degree ofdependence on exports will have different effects on the association effect of FDI and manufacturing industry in Jiangsuprovince, respectively for the performance in high technology industry and foreign-funded enterprises accounted 15%-50% for industry output ratio. Under the market-oriented domestic type conditions, the FDI association effect of localenterprises is significant. The enlightenment showed that： Investment area in attracting foreign investment, should bebased on the introduction of local industry effects associated with strong FDI as the key point, and encourage localenterprises to strengthen the ability of absorbing FDI technology spillover effect, so as to promote the integration of FDIand the local industry development.
