以8-氨基喹啉为识别基团,设计合成了一种苯并噁唑类荧光增强型锌离子探针(ZY7),用质谱和核磁等方法对其进行了结构表征,并研究了它的荧光性质。实验结果表明,ZY7对Zn~(2+)具有较强的选择性,响应快速,抗干扰能力强,可实现对Zn~(2+)的可视化检测;在水体样品中对Zn~(2+)的检测表明ZY7具有潜在的应用价值。
A benzoxazole - based fluorescence enhancement probe (ZY7) for the detection of Zn2+ was designed and synthesized by employing 8 - aminoquinoline as the recognition unit, it was characterized by the methods such as mass spectrometry (MS) ,nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and so on,and its fluorescent properties had also been investigated. The results showed that ZY7 showed relatively high selectivity to Zn2+ as well as fast response, and it had strong anti - interference ability. ZY7 was also used for the visual detection of Zn2+ and applied to detect Zn2+ in water samples,indicated that it had potential application value.
