DBC algorithms are popular algorithms in the computational economy framework. The time-optimization is an algorithm in the DBC algorithms. The aim to optimize the compute time of the tasks before the budget is reached. But in the case of small number of tasks, the load is imbalance, so a method to improve it for this case is proposed.
