在分析国内外作业车间运行信息研究现状的基础上,以优化运行为目标,以多任务执行过程和多设备运行过程为主线,建立了一种由车间运行目标层、需求信息支持层、信息来源主线层、信息内容分类层、信息采集层、信息处理层等六层构成的现代作业车间运行信息系统模型,并分析了系统模型的层次结构特性、信息内容分类特性、信息复合支撑特性。案例研究验证了该系统模型在支持车间快速响应能力提升和实施绿色制造方面的可用性。
Based on the existing achievements and researches on operation information in job shop, a six- layer- structural system model of modern job shop operation information was proposed, including job shop operation objective layer, requirement information layer, information source main line layer, information content and category layer, information collecting layer and information processing layer. This model supports the optimal operation work, and is lined with multi - task process and multi-equipment process. Furthermore, the system characteristics of the system model including hierarchy structure, category and compound supporting were discussed. The case study shows that the system model is practical in improving the response ability and implementing green manufacturing.
