本文以金发科技作为典型案例,探索了我国企业合作创新模式与能力之间的协同演化机制。分析表明:我国企业发展生命周期中,其合作创新模式与创新能力之间呈现出显著的螺旋式交互影响作用,而企业学习则在这一过程中起到了重要影响;企业创新能力影响其对合作模式和学习方式的选择,而阶段性学习方式又从知识获取与应用两个方面促进企业创新能力演化,从而推动其采用更高级的合作模式。研究凝练出我国企业发展各阶段合作创新模式的关键特征,并发现企业合作创新模式由最初简单合作逐步发展为纵横向一体化的契约型网络协同创新模式的演化路径;不同发展阶段的特有合作创新模式与学习方式能有效帮助企业跨越该阶段可能面临的“能力陷阱”。研究结果揭示了我国企业在创新活动中应该如何选择与其发展阶段相匹配的合作创新与学习方式。
This paper takes Kingfa as a case study objective, exploring the co-evolution between collaborative innovation pattern and innovative capacity. The results showed that there is a spiral mutual influence between firm's innovative capacity and collaborative pattern with the effect of organizational learning. Firms in different developing stages should adopt different collaborative patterns. Various learn- ing processes with developing stage characteristics can improve firm's absorptive capacity, meanwhile lead to superior collaborative patterns. Especially, this paper summarizes the critical dimensions of local firm's collaborative pattern and found that traditional industry-university collaboration and supply chain partnership are going to merge together to form a contact-based networks innovation pattern when firms adopt strategic alliance to R&D generic technologies. It also found that the collaboration can help firms to avoid competency traps. The results will help Chinese firms to effectively select fitted innovation patterns and learning processes.
