肝脏是人体内唯一可以在部分切除后完全再生,并恢复至与术前相同体积、质量的脏器。此前,相关的基础研究主要集中在肝再生的起始或增殖阶段。近年来,随着肝再生终止机制的重要性被广泛认可,相关研究也逐渐开展。探究肝再生终止机制一方面能够帮助我们进一步了解肝脏适应性生长的原理,另一方面可以更深入地探索肝再生终止过程破坏与肿瘤发生发展的潜在联系。本文就近年来有关肝切除后肝再生终止阶段相关机制的研究进展做一综述。
Liver is the only organ in the human body that can regenerate to its original size after partial resection. Most studies focus on the mechanisms of the initiation and deve- lopment of liver regeneration. Recently studies about termination of liver regeneration have been gradually investigating. Exploring the termination of liver regeneration can help us understand the mechanism of "hepatostat", and it can also help us discover the relationship between the destruction of liver regeneration termination process and tumorigenesis. This review will summarize the currently known signaling pathways in termination of liver regeneration.
