为了提高电连接器的接触可靠性,针对电连接器接触件,进行结构力学分析与接触情况研究,提出了一种接触件接触面积的迭代计算方法;建立了接触件的参数化有限元模型,并利用ANSYS软件对接触件的接触情况进行了运动仿真,得到了接触件插拔过程中接触压力、插拔力的变化情况和应力分布情况。通过对有限元模型的参数化仿真,得到了各结构参数对接触状态的灵敏度,确定了影响接触状态的关键参数。通过对接触件的插拔试验,验证了提出的理论分析、仿真计算方法的可行性。
In order to improve contact reliability of electrical connector,the paper took electrical connector contacts as obiect,the structural analysis and research on contact performance were presen- ted,and a computational iteration method for contact area was proposed. The parameterized finite ele ment model of the contacts was constituted, and motion simulation was accomplished by ANSYS, which was used to research contact performance of electrical connector contacts. And then,the change curves of contact force and mating and unmating force in insertion--extraction process were obtained, similarly the stress distribution of the contacts was obtained. According to parameterization for the model of the contacts, the sensitivity of each parameter on contact performance were researched, the key parameters impacting contact reliability were obtained as well. Finally, the feasibility of the pro- posed method was verified by theoretical analysis and the simulation carried out by insertion--extrac- tion test.
