针对电控机械式自动变速器(Automated Mechanical Transmission,AMT)中离合器起步过程控制不精确,易导致离合器磨损严重,车辆产生较大冲击等关键问题,以AMT离合器为研究对象,以减小冲击度和滑磨功为目标提出了一种模糊自适应控制方法。先采用模糊控制对含有不确定参数的离合器控制问题进行具体分析,再采用自适应控制理论以输入参数为控制对象对模糊控制规则进行修正。并将其与传统模糊控制器的控制效果对比,通过仿真和试验验证该控制策略的有效性。结果表明,模糊自适应控制器在车辆起步过程中比模糊控制器更精确有效,能在一定程度上降低车辆冲击度和离合器滑磨功,减小离合器摩擦片的磨损,从而显著提高其驾驶性能。
Aiming at the key issues of the clutch wear serious,the vehicle has great impact caused by clutch inaccurate control in the starting control of automatic mechanical transmission( AMT),taking the AMT clutch as the study object and reducing the impact degree and friction work as goal,a new kind of clutch engagement controlling strategy based on fuzzy control and self- adaptive control method is proposed. First,some uncertain parameters of clutch control are analyzed by using fuzzy control method,and then with the input parameters as the object,the fuzzy control rules is modified by the adaptive control theory. Through comparing different control effects between fuzzy controller and fuzzy adaptive controller,the validity of this controlling strategy is verified. The results show that,the fuzzy adaptive control is more accurate and effective than fuzzy control during start process by simulation and experiment,the impact intensity,friction work and friction plate wear of clutch can be reduced some extent,And the driving performance is significantly improved.
