利用溶胶-凝胶纳米合成技术,针对水泥基材料最重要矿物C3S的合成方法进行了系统研究,通过优化前驱物混合比例、水解及溶胶-凝胶化时间、确定最终煅烧制度等3个阶段的工艺参数,确定了溶胶-凝胶技术合成纳米C3S的控制因素,可以在较传统煅烧水泥方法更低温度、更短时间内得到较高纯度的C3S,其良好的水化特性得到充分验证,并开辟了纳米水泥制备的新思路。
The preparation process of one of the most important minerals in cement-based materials Tricalcium silicate C3S was systematically studied based on the sol-gel nano synthesis technology. The control factors of synthesizing nano C3S with sol-gel technique were determined by optimizing the crucial parameters of the three stages,e.g, reasonable mixing ratio of precursor, hydrolysis and sol-gel time,and final burning system. High purity nano C3S particles can be got under lower treatment temperature and in a more short-term. Its activated hydration features was verified and new ideas of preparing nano-cement were provided.
