叶绿素荧光动力学过程研究是目前最为先进的无损伤测定植物光合作用能量吸收、传递、耗散、分配的重要研究内容和方法。但在其研究过程中对叶绿素荧光动力学参数的生物学意义和使用鉴定混淆不清。故文明述了叶绿素荧光动力学参数的含义及其在植物光合作用中的生物学意义,并以实例对其重要参数NPQ和qn进行了辨析。
Chlorophyll fluorescence dynamics process study is currently the most advanced research content and method on determining the energy absorption,energy transmission,energy dissipation and energy distribution without damage to the plant.However,some confusion occurred on several aspects such as the biological meaning of parameters in chlorophyll fluorescence dynamics process study,the use and identification of the parameters.This paper elaborated the meaning of chlorophyll fluorescence dynamics process parameters,and the biological meaning on phytosynthesis of plant,two important parameters NPQ and qn were distinguished using relevant examples.
