随着对神经干细胞的深入研究,其对神经系统损伤后修复已经成为实验研究的一个热点。就最近几年来针刺对缺血性脑损伤神经干细胞影响的最新实验研究进展做一综述。目前实验研究主要关注针刺对内源性神经干细胞增殖,分化,迁移的直接促进作用以及对内源性NSC增殖分化调控机制和影响因素的有效影响。但是目前对内源性神经干细胞的增殖分化调控机制和影响因素还没有完全研究清楚,并且针刺对脑缺血损伤后的作用的机制也同样没有完全清楚,还有很多研究对神经干细胞的增殖分化有新的发现,其影响因素还有很多,针刺依然对这些因素的有一定作用,但是否与脑缺血损伤后修复有联系,还需进一步研究证明。
With in-depth study of neural stem cells,its repair effect after injury on the nervous system has become a hot topic of experimental research.The latest experimental researches of acupuncture on neural stem cells of ischemic brain in recent years were reviewed.Present experimental study focuses on acupuncture effect on endogenous neural stem cell proliferation,differentiation,migration directing role and NSC proliferation and differentiation of endogenous regulatory mechanisms and factors influencing the effective impact.However,the regulating mechanism as well as the function on injury of ischemic brain is not clear at all.There are some new discoveries about neural stem cell proliferation,which can be influenced by many other factors and acupuncture also can be effective on these factors.It is need further study to understand whether this is related to the repair function of ischemic brain injury.
