为最大限度减少车辆荷载位置变化对高速公路旧水泥路面扩建中路面结构受力的不利影响,以某高速公路四车道改八车道扩建工程为研究对象,针对5种不同的路面拼接方式,采用有限元软件建立数值模型,研究荷载位置变化对新旧路面结构的受力情况,并提出相应的处理措施.研究表明:新旧路面拼接时,最不利载荷位置位于旧路水泥混凝土板拼接缝-60 cm~60 cm区域;为了减小拼接处受力,车道划分时尽量避免将重大型车轮迹分布在该区域;新旧路面拼接的薄弱部位可采用现浇无砂大孔砼及增设玻纤格栅进行加强.
In order to minimize the negative effect of the change of the load position on the stress of surface structure in the old cement pavement expansion, this paper studied an expressway expansion project of four lanes for eight lanes. According to the 5 different ways of pavement splicing, we built numerical model with finite element software and analyzed the stress of the old and new pavement structure, putting forward corresponding treatment measures. Analysis result showed that the most unfavorable load position of the old and new pavement splicing is-60 cm to 60 cm area of the old concrete slab lap seam. In order to reduce the stress of the joint,we should try to avoid distributing heavy wheel traces in the area when dividing the lane. The weak parts of the new and old pavement splicing can be reinforced by cast-in-place non-sand big hole concrete and adding glass fiber grille.
