碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)的高比强度、比硬度、耐高温、耐化学腐蚀等一些优良特性,使这种新型复合材料在航天、航空、船舶、建筑等领域的应用不断扩大,在CFRP的加工中,孔加工最为常见(约占60%)。本文主要对国内外一些碳纤维复合材料的钻孔加工实验理论研究进行总结,着重分析各因素对钻孔质量及刀具磨损的影响规律,展望了CFRP钻削加工的发展方向。
Carbon fiber reinforced plastics( CFRP) have many excellent properties,such as high strength-to-weight ratio,high stiffness-to-weight ratio,high temperature resistance and good erosion resistance. These outstanding advantages make CFRP become more and more popular among aerospace,aviation,shipbuilding,civil and others fields. Drilling process is widely used in the material machining,although CFRP are manufactured to a near-net shape. Some drilling experiments of CFRP laminates are introduced. The factors on the drilling quality and tool wear were discussed. The development direction of CFRP drilling is forecasted.
