针对电容层析成像ECT(electrical capacitance tomography)系统中存在的“软场”效应和病态性问题,在分析电容层析成像原理和成像算法的基础上,提出一种基于禁忌搜索的电容层析成像图像重建算法.该方法将禁忌算法引用到ECT图像重建中,通过构造目标函数,设定邻域和禁忌表约束图像重建,以藐视准则和特设准则为条件将图像重建问题转换为寻找全局最优解问题,利用终止准则跳出禁忌搜索.通过MATLAB软件仿真,实验结果表明,得到的重建图像更接近原型,误差要比LBP算法小,图像质量更保真,为ECT图像重建提供一个新的方向.
For the 'soft field' effect and ill-posed problems in ECT system, we presented a capacitance tomo- graphy image reconstruction algorithm based on tabu search on the basis of analyzing the principle of capacitance tomography and imaging algorithm. The method was applying tabu search algorithm to image reconstruction by constructing the objective function and setting neighborhood and tabu table to restrain image reconstruction. Then by using aspiration criterion and ad hoc criteria, converted the image reconstruction problem into a problem of finding the global optimal solution, and jumped out of the tabu search according to the termination criterion. Through MAT- LAB simulation experiments, verified the reconstructed images obtained by this algorithm was more similar to the prototype and had smaller error than LBP algorithm. Therefore, this algorithm could obtain images with higher fidelity, which provided a new direction for ECT image reconstruction.
