为预测麻花钻的几何参数及钻削用量对钻削力和钻削温度的影响,通过对标准麻花钻的几何造型及锥面磨法的研究,用UG做了3D实体模型,基于Deform 3D建立了有限元模型,并对钻削过程的钻削力和钻削温度的分布做了仿真研究。结果表明,扭矩、轴向力和切削温度均随麻花钻的直径增加而增大,随进给量的减小而降低。
A investigate on drilling simulation was taken for predicting the influence of geometric parameter of twist drill and drilling parameter on cutting forces and cutting temperature. Based on the geometrical study of the Chinese twist drill standard and conical point grinding, the 3D model was developed using UG. Then, a finite element model based on Deform3D was used to simulate the cutting forces and cutting temperature distribution in drilling processes. The FEM simulation demonstrates that the torque, thrust and the temperature increases with larger diameter of drill bit, and reduces with smaller feed.
