据实地考察发现,渝东南少数民族饮食器具主要分为食器、酒器和茶器等三大类。其中,食器主要有加工器、炊食器、盛食器、进食器等四小类;酒器主要有盛酒器、舀酒器、饮酒器三小类;茶器主要有土茶罐、茶壶、茶盅、茶碗、茶杯、茶托等。不同的饮食器具在各民族的日常生活空间中发挥着不同的功能。
Field investigaion shows that historically,the catering utensils of the ethnic groups in the east of Chongqing mainly fall into food containers,which mainly include food processors,catering utensils, food con- tainers and feeders, drinking vessels ,which mainly include wine containers, scoopers and drinking wares, and tea sets. which mainly include soil pots,teapots, tea cups,teabowls and saucers. Different catering utensils play dif- ferent functions in the daily life of the different groups of mases.
