英文摘要：
Tbe essence of entrepreneurship of entrepreneurial team can be concluded into four dimensions： collective innovation, share cognition, aggressive cooperation and taking on the risk altogether. On the basis of the literature review, a measurement scale for entrepreneurship of entrepreneurial team was designed and its reliability and validity were empirically tested by data analysis on a survey. The paper holds that the four dimensions are independent. It will enrich and deepen the research field of entrepreneurship in the future.
