散热器的散热性能对维持中央处理器(CPU)的运行速率和使用寿命具有重要影响。通过对CPU散热器进行热设计,优化散热器的结构,采用热阻分析法建立CPU散热器的数学模型,利用CFD数值模拟方法研究不同肋片长度的CPU散热器的散热性能,并对肋长为21mm的CPU散热器进行案例分析。研究结果表明:实验范围内,加长散热器肋片长度到27mm可有效降低传热热阻,提高散热性能;超过该长度,肋片长度的增加对散热性能的影响不大。
The cooling performance of the radiator has an important effect on the operating rate and the life of Central Processing Unit (CPU). The structure of the CPU radiator was optimized by the thermal design and the mathematical model of the CPU radiator was established by thermal resistance analysis. The cooling performance of CPU radiator with different length of the fins was studied by using CFD numerical simulation method and the case of the CPU radiator with the length of 21mm was analyzed. The results show that the heat resistance of the radiators decreases and the cooling performance improve as the length of the fins increases to 27mm in the experiment range. Over this length, the increase of the length of the fins has little effect on the cooling performance.
