Development of a local slope multifunctional reduction furnace is introduced.Through the local slope design and the flexible use of the baffles,the construction cost of reduction furnace has been distinctly reduced,the efficiency of energy utilization and production have been improved and the much flexible choice between smelting reduction and direct reduction has been realized.Besides,for this new reduction furnace,coke and sintering process have been avoided,resulting in the short technological process with green environmental protection.This reduction furnace is suitable for many kinds of raw materials and has a distinct advantage of full use of carbon monoxide.The fully continuously automated production can be realized and the scale of production can be adjusted flexibly.
