作为高等教育传播文化与培养人才主要群体的高校教师,其角色定位需要从教师讲授为中心转变为启发学生为中心。从美国著名心理学家桑代克的迷笼实验入手,根据实验反映联结理论中的“准备律”“效果律”和“练习律”三原则,将学习者的学习行为规律运用于高校教学实践环节,着重探讨高校教师作为学习者学习动机的启发者和激励者,学习目标确立者,课堂学习激励者,以及学习效果强化者和评价者的“六者”角色定位。
As college teachers, they play the major roles in the dissemination of culture and training talents in higher education. Classroom teaching should be student-centered instead of being teacher- centered. Based on the experiment of American psychologist Thorndike' s Puzzle Box and the three principles of "The Law of Readiness", "The Law of Effect" and "The Law of Exercise" in Thorn- dike' s theory of Connectionism, this essay was intended for applying the learner' s behavior learning rules to practical college teaching. In addition, it mainly dealt with teacher' s six roles: the inspira- tion and the stimulator of learning motivation, the founder of learning objectives, the stimulator of classroom learning, the enhancer and the evaluator of learning effects.
