为了确定在不同顶板厚度下采空区的安全开采跨度,根据弹性力学知识简化采空区顶板模型,推导出了顶板挠度与荷载、厚度、跨度等参数之间的关系式,基于颗粒流方法提出了采空区在不同顶板厚度下安全开采跨度的确定方法,结合内蒙古灰窑口采空区的模拟分析,得出了该矿区顶板厚度与安全开采跨度的关系式;通过对比理论挠度值与数值监测位移,说明薄板理论分析碎裂岩体的变形误差较大,而颗粒流方法模拟碎裂岩体的破坏、大变形问题更为切合实际,可为工程顺利实施提供理论支撑,并为类似工程提供借鉴。
Due to the over-exploitation of the mine area ,the roofs of the mined-out regions are badly damaged ,there are even mining accidents caused by the collapse of the damaged roofs ,which greatly affect the livelihood of the people who live in the mine area and pose as a massive threat to the safe mining in the future .In order to determine the thickness of the goaf roof and the safe mining span underneath ,a series of studies were conducted .At first the formula between the deflection of the roof and the other parameters of load ,thickness and span was deduced from the roof model simplified by the elastic mechanics .And then the method of determining the safe mining span under different thickness of the goaf roof was put forward based on particle flow method .With the application of this method in the simulation analysis of Inner Mongolia Huiyaokou mined-out area ,the formula of the roof thickness and safe mining span of this area was obtained . According to the comparison of the theoretical deflection value and the monitored value of the displacement ,using thin plate theory would produce a larger error in the analysis of fractured rock mass deformation;whereas the particle flow method is more suited for the task .This study can provide some theoretical guidance for the safe mining ,as well as some reference for other similar engineering projects .
