Primary school is important elementary stage of the whole learning period, the professional ability of middle school English teacher, which can directly affect students＇ English study, is of key importance. Two problems exist in the present teachers＇ education program, namely, unreasonable curriculum and out-dated teaching content and method. Based on the successful lesson of American teacher education program, Chinese can adopt the following methods： perfecting teachers＇ certifying and managing system, improving curriculum, refining evaluation way, establishing study community.
