为最小化由伙伴资源不确定性带来的跨企业项目失败和拖期风险,引入资源置信度概念,提出了一个考虑资源置信度的跨企业项目伙伴选择模型。该模型综合考虑了资源置信度、子任务加工时间、项目先序关系网络图和项目工期等关键约束,设计了项目调度算法来评价各选择方案,并将项目调度算法嵌入到禁忌搜索方案中对模型进行求解,提出了两个优化算法分别对速度和最优率进行优化。计算实例表明,针对一定规模问题,所提方法能够在较短时间内以较高几率找到最优解。
To minimize the risk of failure and tardiness of the cross-enterprise project caused by the uncertainties of partner's resources,the conception of resource confidence was introduced, and a partner selection model for cross-enterprise project by considering resource confidence was presented. The key factors and constraints, such as the resource confidence, the sub-project processing time, the precedence of sub-project and the project due date, were considered in the 0-1 integer programming model. By using the characteristics of the problem, a project scheduling algorithm was developed to search and evaluate selection solutions, and the project scheduling algorithm was embedded into a tabu search algorithm to solve the model. Simulation experiments and comparisons to other related algorithms showed that the proposed approach was possible to find the optimal solution with faster speed and higher probability.
