惯性冲击电机是利用惯性冲击来实现精密位移的一种驱动机构,针对现有惯性冲击电机整体功率较小的不足,提出了一种新型精密直线电动机。利用超磁致伸缩材料的磁致伸缩效应,结合惯性冲击原理,实现直线电动机的驱动。直线电动机以锯齿波形电流为驱动信号,可实现双向直线运动,并能实现精确定位。经测试,电机的工作频率可达100 Hz,最大运动速度可达250μm/s,电机具有较好的运动稳定性。
Impact drive mechanism( IDM) is a driving device which can generated the precisie displacement under the effect of impact force. To improve the power of troditional IDMs,a new impact linear motor was presented in this paper. With the magnetostrictive effect of the giant magnetostrictive material and the inertia impact theory,the motion of IDM can be achieved. Driven by the sawtooth current,the proposed IDM can realize directional movement and precise positioning. The experimental results illustrate that the given IDM has good performance,the maximumworking frequancy is 100 Hz,the maximum speed is up to 250 μm / s.
