研究目的:以栅格为基本土地单元,在多准则评价基础上开展县域土地利用功能分区。研究方法:多准则决策分析方法(MCDA)与地理信息系统(CIS)技术相结合。研究结果:龙泉市的优化开发区面积约为12km2,主要分布在市区和开发区;适宜开发区面积约为33km2,主要分布在优化开发区的周边区域;适度开发区面积约为345km2,主要分布在适宜开发区的周边区域。以及高速公路沿线的安仁镇、查田镇和小梅镇;重点保护区面积约为117km2,主要分布在风阳山自然保护区的缓冲区和实验区;特别保护区面积约为62km2,主要分布在凤阳山自然保护区的核心区、基本农田分布区及地质灾害分布区;其余区域为适度保护区,面积约为2470km2,占全市总面积的81.3%。研究结论:通过设定分区准则确定指标和权重,得到的功能分区和地区实际情况基本符合。
The purpose of this paper was to conduct the functional zoning of land use in Longquan of Zhejiang Province on the basis of multi-criteria evaluation, taking the grid as the basic land unit. The method used was the combination of multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) with GIS technology. The result indicated that the area of the optimal zone for development in Longquan was about 12 km2, mainly located in urban areas and the development park areas. The area of appropriate development zone was 33 km2, mainly located in the surrounding areas of the optimal zone. The area of moderate development zone was 345 km2, mainly located in the surrounding areas of appropriate develc along the highway towns. The key protection area was about 117 km2, mainly located in Fengyangshan pment zone and Nature Reserve buffer zone and the pilot areas. The special protection area was about 62 km2, mainly located in the core area of Fengyangshan Nature Reserve, the areas of primary farmland and the vulnerable areas of geological disasters. Other areas were appropriate protect zone with the area of about 2470 km2, accounting for 81.3% of the total area. Conclusion was that the combination of Muhi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) and GIS technology was suitable for the studies on functional zoning of regional land use.
