高速电主轴在工作状态下产生的振动对高精度加工影响较大,通过对最高转速为60000r/min的磨削型高速电主轴进行不同转速下的工作模态试验,并运用随机子空间法(SST)对其进行模态参数的识别,得到了电主轴工作状态下多个重要部位的频谱图,分析了多个重要测点的加速度,且与出厂理论值进行比较,以验证其是否符合高精度加工生产的要求和所采用试验方法的正确性,同时说明电主轴产生振动的主要原因,排除了试验用电主轴在共振区工作的可能性。
Due to the vibration of the high speed motorized spindle working in state affecting the high-precision manufacture terribly. The maximum speed of 60000r/min motorized spindle's operational modal test under the different speed is carried out and the SSI is used to identify the modal parameters. The spectrum figures of its key positions are obtained. Several important measure points' acceleration is analyzed and compared with the theory value, certificated them if suit the requirements of high-precision manufacture and the accuracy of test methods. The primary reasons of the motorized spindle's vibration are put forward, and the possibility of it working in the resonance area is excluded.
