主要研究应急物资时变供应约束条件下的多出救点选择问题.首先从分析应急系统的理论临界应急响应时间和实际临界应急响应时间差异入手,探讨了最小应急响应时间的特点。其次,考虑了应急响应时间最小和出救点数目最少问题,建立了带时变供应约束的多出救点选择多目标决策模型.最后,设计求解了模型的优化组合算法与实证算例。算例结果表明,模型与算法可有效解决多出救点的选择问题.
The problem addressed in this paper is the multi-depot selection in emergency logistics with time-varying supply volume constraint.Firstly,this paper compares the difference between theoretical critical emergency response time and actual one,and provides a feature analysis of earliest emergency response start time.Then,based on the earliest emergency response start time and the minimum number of depot,this paper constructs a multi-objective decision model for multi-depot selection in emergency logistics with time-varying supply volume constraint.Finally,an optimized combinatorial algorithm is designed and two simulation examples are provided.Results show that this model can effectively solve the multi-depot selection problem.
