Zhiyuan LIU was born in 1957. He received his Ph.D. degree from Harbin Institute of Technology in 1992. Now he is a professor at the Harbin Institute of Technology. He is a Ph.D. candidate in Control Theory and Control Engineering at Harbin Institute of Technology. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2003 and 2005, respectively. She received her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Process Control from Zhejiang University in 1983 and 1986, respectively, and Ph.D. degree from University of Stuttgart, Germany, in 1997. In 1986, she joined Jilin University of Technology. From 1993 to 1997, she was a ＂Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter＂ at Institut fuer Systemdynamik trod Regelungstechnik, University of Stuttgart. Since 1999, she has been a professor at Jilin University.
