通过高温电阻炉对铁水含碳量的影响因素进行研究,考察碱度、温度、碳氧比等因素对铁水含碳量的影响规律。结果表明,铁水含碳量可以降到0.1%。当温度为1550℃、碱度为1.3、通氧时间为8min、保温时间为30min时,随着碳氧比的增加,铁水含碳量从0.022%增加到1.1%,其影响较显著;碱度在0.7~1.3之间,铁水含碳量比较稳定,继续增加碱度,铁水含碳量迅速增加;随着温度的升高,铁水含碳量增加,尤其在1550-1600℃之间,铁水含碳量增加比较快;随着保温时间的延长,铁水含碳量在0.38%~1.4%之间波动。
The influence of carbon content of the molten iron has been investigated at the high electric resistance furnace. All sorts of factors including the basicity, temperature, C/O molar ratio to the influence law of carbon content of the molten iron were examined. Results show that the carbon content of the molten iron can be decreased to 0.1%. With C/O molar ratio increasing, the carbon content can increase from 0. 022 % to 1.1 %, under the conditions of 30 min holding time at 1550℃, basicity R of 1.3, C/O molar ratio of 1.0 and oxygen enriched flow rate of 250L/h. Therefore, the effect of C/O molar ratio is remarkable. The carbon content is relatively stable at basicity R between 0. 7 and 1.3 and the carbon content raise rapidly with continuing to increase basicity R. As the temperature elevated, the carbon content increased. It increased much faster especially between 1550℃ and 1600℃. The carbon content fluctuates between 0. 38% and 1.4% under the condition of increasing holding time.
