As a-kind of innovation organization form which has complementary advantages, production - study research cooperation is an important mode which can promote the independent innovation of enterprise, and an effective way to speed up regional economic development and to promote regional core competitiveness. From 1980s to now, Shanxi province has carried out productive practices and has made great achievements according to the ac- tual situation. Nevertheless, because of all kinds of reasons, there still have a lot of problem in Shanxi province＇s production - study - research cooperation. Beginning with the actual situation, this paper analyze sues in Shanxi province＇ s production - study - research cooperation and put forward targetedly the countermeasure for speeding up the development of Shanxi province＇ s production - study - research the related is- corresponding cooperation.
