Water-soluble Ierulic acid derivatives containing glyceryl group are similar to lerulic acid in physiological functions, but have larger water solubility. In this paper, we mainly summarized the synthesis method of the water-soluble ferulic acid derivatives containing glyceryl group, and briefly overviewed the physiological functions of the water-soluble ferulic acid derivatives to provide reference for the application of water-soluble glyceryl ferulate.
