分析了串联加载的电磁带隙结构(EBG)带阻滤波器的通带波纹,比较了电容、电感和并联谐振加载的影响,设计和制作了一种低通带波纹的EBG带阻滤波器。该结构共有4个周期,通过在微带线的接地面上蚀刻螺旋形结构来实现。滤波器的中心频率为2.44GHz,阻带中心衰减大于50dB,相邻通带内的波纹小于0.29dB。仿真结果与试验结果相吻合,说明了分析和设计的正确性。
This paper analyzes ripples in pass-bands of series loaded Electromagnetic Bandgap (EBG) band-stop filters. The effects of capacitor, inductor and parallel resonance on ripple are compared. An EBG band-stop filter with low rippies in pass-bands has been designed and fabricated as well. The filter has 4 periods. And it is realized by etching spiral slots on the ground of a microstrip. The filter has a center frequency of 2.44GHz. Its attenuation at stop-band center is more than 50dB, while ripples in adjacent pass-bands are less than 0.29dB. The coincident results of simulation and measurement validate the analysis and design.
