英文摘要：
In order to study the results of remote monitoring for 3-D geographical environment,a scheme is proposed by integrating a remote monitoring system and three-dimensional geographic information system which is based on a new geographic information browser / Spatial information access mode of the server farm.The scheme realizes 3-D integrated remote monitoring system for field using 3S technology and distributed network organization data services.The test shows that the three-dimensional real-time remote control works well and the proposed scheme is feasible.
