根据泡沫陶瓷过滤体过滤孔道的特征,假设泡沫陶瓷过滤体由若干圆柱状纤维捕集单元组成,建立了捕集效率和压降的数学模型。利用该模型对某径向式微粒捕集器过滤体上微粒粒径分布、过滤效率和压降特性进行了预测。结果表明,该模型模拟结果与试验数据较好吻合。
Based on the features of hole passage of ceramic foam filter,a mathematical model for the trapping efficiency and pressure drop of filter is set up,in which the ceramic foam filter is assumed to be composed of numerous cylindrical fiber trapping units.The particulate size distribution,filtering efficiency and pressure drop characteristics of a radial type diesel particulate filter are pre-evaluated by using the model.The results show that simulation results well agree with test data.
