Stable data delivery structure contributes high data delivery ratio and low control overhead in Mobile Ad hoc Networks（MANETs）.Aecording to the characteristics of MANETs,this paper proposes a novel strategy based on signal strength to quantify link stability, and proposes a multicast protocol based on this strategy.In this protocol, each node calculates link stability based on signal strength,selects stable route,and can repair the link which will break in a short time.Simulation results show that it has higher data delivery ratio and low control overhead.
