矩阵式变换器(MC)没有自由续流回路,这使得其安全保护成为一个难点。本文提出了一种新的矩阵式变换器-异步电机系统(MCIMS)故障保护方式,当出现故障时,通过控制变换器开关或进行结构重组为电机提供一个可控的续流回路,使电机迅速释放储存能量安全停车或客错运行,并针对电机过载、电力开关断路和短路三种情况分析了所提出保护策略的可行性。仿真和实验结果验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
Matrix converter has no free-wheeling path, which makes its fault protection a difficult problem. This paper proposes a new fault protection method for matrix converter-induction motor system. The key of the proposed method is to provide a controlled path for the motor to release the stored energy in fault cases. The path is selected to brake the motor as soon as possible. Besides, by reconfiguring the converter-motor system, a fault-tolerant operation mode is deduced. The validity of the proposed method is analyzed under three conditions, namely motor overload, switch open-circuit and short-circuit faults. The validity and the efficiency are verified by the simulation and experiments.
