采用低温等离子体技术对纺织基外科清创刷试样进行表面改性处理,以吸水率为评价指标,分析影响清创刷吸液特性的主要因素.结果表明:清创刷的吸水率与底布纱线股数呈负相关,而与绒纤维密度呈一定的正相关;在氧气气氛、处理时间为3min、放电功率为150 W条件下,清创刷的吸液特性得到最大程度的改善;等离子体处理改变了纤维的表面性能,增加了试样表面粗糙度和亲水基团数量,有利于改善清创刷的吸液特性.
Plasma treatment was performed to give a surface modification of the textile debridement pad.Influencing factors on liquid absorption property of the textile debridement pad were evaluated by measuring the water absorption capacity.Results show that there is a negative correlation between liquid absorption property and ground yarn number,while a positive correlation between liquid absorption property and pile density.The optimum effect is achieved under oxygen atmosphere at 150 W for 3 min.In addition,plasma treatment increases the surface roughness and introduces hydrophilic groups onto the fiber surface,which improves the liquid absorption property of the textile debridement pad.
