为满足双管道输送高熔点原油短期生产计划运行的初态条件,基于双管道输送高熔点原油短期生产计划的Petri网模型,分析了在指令下达时,高熔点原油短期生产计划模型从稳态转变为满足初态条件的状态的过程。以控制理论的观点,并对系统状态转变过程进行调整,以达到满足初态条件的状态,使得基于Petri网模型的高熔点原油短期生产计划在实际生产运作中切实可行。最后,给出实例验证提出的方法。
To solve the realizability problem of initial state of crude oil operations in refinery for systems with two transportation pipelines, based on a Petri net model for crude oil operations, this paper analyzes the process that, for an given order of high fusion point crude oil, the system can switch from a steady state to the required initial state condition. Then, with the control theory, the switching process between different states is adjusted such that the required initial state conditions could be satisfied. This makes that the technique proposed in the paper can be applicable to practice. Finally,a real industrial case is given to illustrate the proposed method.
