外资企业的溢出效应在学术界受到了广泛的关注。已有文献从多个角度分析了外资企业的溢出效应,并取得了丰硕的研究成果。然而,这些文献都没有注意到东道国政策对外资企业溢出效应的影响。本文从中国的外资产业政策出发,通过考虑外商直接投资的中介作用,分析了外资产业政策对外资企业溢出效应的作用机理,并提出了有待检验的命题。

英文摘要：

The topic of spillover effects of Multinational Corporations（MNCs） has been given particularly heavy attention from scholars.Previous research has analyzed spillover effects from several perspectives,and has contributed greatly to this topic.However,previous research has neglected the effect of host country MNCs industrial policy on spillover effect.Based on MNCs industrial policy in China,this study analysis the influence mechanism of MNCs industrial policy on spillover effect and puts forward propositions.This study has some implications for host country to gain the spillover effect from MNCs.
