目的:通过注入电流比较动作电位波形、延时和阈值等揭示大鼠斜方体内侧核主细胞的电生理特性。方法:实验采用脑片膜片钳全细胞记录技术,研究斜方体内侧核主细胞差异。结果:共记录到18个主神经元,其动作电位表现为两种形状不同的波形,两组动作电位的发生率均为50%,两组神经元的动作电位下降支时程差异显著,且与电流刺激强度无关;而两组的静息电位、阈值电位及首个动作电位延时等却无明显差异。结论:斜方体内侧核存在发放两种不同动作电位波形的主神经元,它们的静息电位、阈值电位、首个动作电位延时无明显差异;但两组间动作电位下降支的时程差异表明各细胞的不应期不同,提示可能与斜方体内侧核主细胞编码不同声音频率信息有关。
Objective: To evaluate the electrophysiological characteristics of the two type principal neuron in medial nucleus of trapezoid body(MNTB) with injecting currents by comparing action potential waveform, latency and threshold potential. Methods. We investigate the differences of the principal neuron with whole- cell patch-clamp recording model. Results: A total of 18 principal neurons were recorded. Each of the two represented action potential waveforms was emerged in 9 neurons. The durations of repolarization of the two rows' action potential are significantly different and not related to amplitude of injected current; but there are no manifest differences on the two row's resting potential, threshold potential and first spike latency. Conclusion: There are two type principal neurons with different action potential waveforms in medial nucleus of trapezoid body(MNTB), their resting potential, threshold potential and first spike latency are not obvious different, but the significant difference of the two rows'duration of repolarization of action potential indicate that their refractory periods are various and it is possibly related to the principal neurons' coding freouencv information of sounds.
