利用室内模拟试验,研究比较了海泡石、膨润土、凹凸棒、蒙脱土和高岭土对铜绿微囊藻的去除效果以及壳聚糖-海泡石复合粘土中各成分的适宜比例和用量。结果表明,单独投加粘土时,海泡石的除藻效果最为显著;壳聚糖-海泡石复合粘土的最佳投加比例为1∶8,此时藻液中的细胞数及叶绿素含量用常规方法已无法检出,浊度去除率也达到96.4%;KMnO_4预氧化对藻类的絮凝沉降具有促进作用,同时能够防止藻类上浮以及藻细胞破裂。该复合粘土除藻剂的pH适用范围广,用量少,效率高,经济适用,除藻效果明显。
A laboratory experiment was carried out to investigate the removal efficiency of Microcystis aeruginose from the source water by sepiolite, bentonite, attapulgite clay, imvite and kaolinite alone, also the appropriate proportion of chitosan-sepiolite composite. The results showed that after the addition of the five kinds of clay respectively, the removal efficiency by sepiolite was considerably high. The appropriate proportion of chitosan and sepiolite was 1 : 8. Meanwhile, the algal cell number and chlorophyll-a concentration were unable to be detected by conventional ways, the removal of turbidity was 96.4%. Peroxidation by potassium permanganate( KMnO4 ) was able to promote the effect of flocculating settling, also to prevent the algae rising to the surface and the rupturing of the algae ceils. Chitosan- sepiolite composite could be used to a wide range of pH value, with the character of less dosage, high- efficiency and less expenditure.
