利用微波消解、原子吸收分光光度法对岩溶地区忍冬属植物忍冬(Lonicera japonica Thunb)和华南忍冬(Lonicera confusa)不同发育阶段的金属元素含量变化规律进行了研究。结果表明:(1)处于相同岩溶环境下的忍冬和华南忍冬叶片中Ca、Mg含量均较高,但同种元素在两种植物叶片中的差异较大,反映了二者对元素的选择性吸收差异;(2)叶片发育程度不同,叶片中吸收聚集的金属元素含量也不同,整个发育过程中,叶片内各金属元素总体呈上升的趋势。
Metal elements in leaves of Lonicera japonica Thunb and Lonicera confuse at different developing phase which growth in a southwest karst area were measured utilizing microwave digestion and Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry. The results showed that : ( 1 ) Both of them contain a high contents of Ca and Mg, but have a great difference with each other. It reflected the difference of selectively absorb to metal elements. (2) Because of the different degree of growth, they have different metal elements in their leaves. Along with the growth of the plants, they exhibit uptrend in generally.
