针对日本三井从创业到财阀生成这段时间内职业经理介入问题,研究认为,家族企业在注重职业经理内部培育的同时,还应根据内外部环境在必要时期予以外部引入。为了充分发挥职业经理的作用,一方面要构建一个适合本企业的家族治理结构,另一方面要在信任的基础上对职业经理进行充分授权,并通过鼓励其对家族内部事务的适当参与,在情感上进行激励。
This article explores the introduction of professional management in Mitsui Japan, from a start - up to a Zaibatsu. The result shows that a family enterprise should introduce external professional managers besides internal training when necessary. In order to improve the performance of professional management, there should be an adequate family governance and a mechanism of belief to credit the managers full power. Moreover, the professional managers can be properly encouraged to involve in family affairs as emotional incentives.
